So I calmed down a bit, I'll still be dissapointed if DA wont be able to get me my prints by thurs. The chances of that happening seem slim. So I may just cancel my order and go talk to Staples Tomorrow. Mearu told me they make nice prints, so nows as good a time as any to find out for myself.

So In the meantime I have been doing some real media pieces for the con. Not sure what they will go for or anything, but its a good excuse to get back into real media. I can't find my acrylic paints so for now its barebone prisma and micron. Its actually a good amount of fun and even with my first piece I picked up a few techniques I intend to use on future pics.

Also I came to realize tonight my printer is a butcher. I have the photo ink cartridge soooo I made a harmless decision to print some of my own prints. Great idea ey? and why not? printer..good photo paper...photo ink cartridge. SUUURE innocent enough. Except the printer takes my art, spits all over them, smears poo on them and spits them out. Stupid thing. Well I won't be doing that anymore, waste of paper and perfectly nice hair that could have otherwise remained on my head.

Now heres my first sketch that I will sell at the con. And yeh I know its kinda fleh...I messed up the anatomy something fierce..but hopefully I will improve as my pieces come along. Yeh.

Well, just plan to stay for all three days and see how it goes. I was uncertain the first two cons I went to (the first was an anime con) but I had way too much fun so I stayed. I dunno.

I think that you should sell it! We can look at it when you get to the con and put a price on it there. I think that people would enjoy the snowy. Also, have you thought about how much you'll charge if people want a sketch or con badge from you?

Yeah, I understand. I think the adverage price for a sketch is $25. That's just a pencil drawing. Nothing fancy. My first con I did what you are going to do. I didn't start selling anything until I saw a picture in the artshow that I NEEDED to buy... and made $150 on sunday. The picture was only $65. ^_^;
