I used to really despiiiseee Adam Sandler, especially back in his SNL days..but his movies have matured with him...Theres still a lot of random humor in his films but it has grown on me, I must admit! But the story does have a good meaning behind it, one that reminds you to stop and reevaluate the priorities in your life. There are a lot of movies that aim to do that, but I think the wayyyy this film approaches its moral lesson will probably reach more people than some films.

I think I will! You've given me pretty much a general idea of the whole movie (but we could all see it in the previews already?). I think it would be something I'd enjoy. I'm all for the Carpe Diem type movies.
My friend that works at the theater where I used to said that there's actually been guys coming out of that movie saying it's really gotten to them and made them think and that sort of stuff.
My cousin and I were wanting to see that movie. :) At first it looked a bit cheesey to me and what not. At least from the commercials. However, I've been reading a few reviews lately that seem to make the film out to be a bit more of a love/drama-type story than a comedy. Now I am quite intrigued! I should definately go and see it with her soon. ;)
All the reviews say it's really bad... but I've been hearing more and more from you guys that's it's good!! I think I believe you people more, since I'm guessing you're more like me and share my tastes more?

I must admit some skepticism towards the movie, but like everyone else it's pretty much because of Adam Sanderl. i was never a fan of his..though his last movie Did kind of grow on me. it was pretty sweet really with none of his rediculous temper tantrum humor.
But if you say it's good, and it managed to squeeze some waterworks from ya, then it MUST be good!! I will go see it ^.^
