Ranting is always good to get stuff out. :) And that's looking beautiful, I can't wait to see it finished. I say go ahead and put the feathers on the head, and maybe add some feathers a the base of the wings to balance them out? *grins* Just speculating, it's gonna look awesome either way. Those eyes are just gorgeous, just the right amount of blue in them.
