I agree with you wholeheartedly on the traits that denote a friend. They're very true. Besides, I'd hate to say anything about anyone - or their art - without being honest. I mean exactly what I say, especially when it comes to compliments. I'd hate to tell someone their art looks awesome, if it looks like their dog painted it. It really wouldn't be right.
BTW, I like #10. That sounds like me. In fact, making other people smile usually makes me feel better, especially if I'm having a bad day. ^_^
